How Can You Help?
Since we are a volunteer-run charity with only 1 full-time employee, and a mostly small part-time staff, every penny donated goes to buy, store, transport and give away nutritious food to about 20,000 hungry neighbors a year at our pantry.
Our wonderful donors provide the meat, vegetables, bread and canned and dry goods for more than 2 million meals a year. The average cost is about 17 cents.
We are proud to partner with Extraordinary Charities to make Palm Beach County a better place to live for the less fortunate. Please email Dan Shorter at daneshorter@yahoo.com if you heard about our pantry through Extraordinary Charities.
God Bless our more than 200 volunteers, financial donors and the farmers and businesses that give us food!
$1 = $2.30 April 24
Please tell your friends!
Let's all fight hunger among our hungry neighbors during the GreatGive 24-hour community giving event.
On that day click visit and your donations to fight hunger will be partially matched by GreatGive.
Plus we have a local family who will match $1 for $1 the first $10,000 given that day.
Every 17 cents pays for a nutritious meal for a disabled veteran, shut-in, struggling single mom or child.

5,000+ Families Fed
at Thanksgiving/Christmas
God blessed and we had enough turkey, chicken, ham, potatoes, green beans, eggs, bread and canned goods to feed 20,000+ hungry neighbors at Thanksgiving and Christmas both.
Your generosity, prayers, donations and hard work enabled thousands of Palm Beach County families to enjoy the holidays.
We can never thank you enough!!
Those you're helping come from all over the county of all races and religions.
Mostly they're minorities, women, children, veterans & the disabled.
After Hurricane Irma
Many of our neighbors lost power, all of their refrigerated food and then a week of work. So we trucked ice, water, MREs, frozen meat, bread and produce to the poorest of the poor.
Working Together We Feed Hungry Neighbors and Give Them Hope!
With God’s blessing and your prayers, hard work and gifts we gave 90+ pounds of meat, produce, bread and canned goods to 1,750+ families a month January through October.
Examples of who we give healthy food to:
1 – Three veterans who collected and recycled cans to get enough money to come register.
2 – Linda who came home from a rehab center after having both legs amputated to find her sister had stolen all the food in her home. We made a food delivery the day we found out.
3 – Families of children who are coping with cancer treatments.
4 – Patients at a free medical clinic who have no food at home.
5 – Hungry men and women who work behind the scenes at the South Florida Fair.
Highlights:
1 – Our dedicated volunteers are delivering healthy food to 60+ shut-ins a month.
2 – We quit buying canned goods and are focused on collecting more meat and produce from Publix, Costco and Walmart and thus providing much more nutritious food to hungry families.
5 – We added meat, eggs, produce and milk to the bread we weekly give residents at 4 senior residences.
6 -- We gave away more than 2 million pounds of healthy food and, counting the agencies we transport food for, helped feed more than 200,000 Palm Beach County families during 2017.
